Does Rentalot decide which renter gets the unit?
No. The AI collects and organises renter answers and showing requests. You review them and decide every next step.
Which channels does it reply on?
Email, Telegram, and SMS through your own Sent.dm account. When a renter writes in, the AI drafts a reply and you approve it before it's sent, unless you choose automatic sending. WhatsApp and Zillow messages aren't supported yet.
Do renters need an app or an account?
No. They open your link in any browser and answer by voice or text.
Can I use Rentalot from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Connect any MCP client to manage listings, contacts and showings. API access depends on your plan.
Is Rentalot property-management software?
No. There's no rent collection, accounting or maintenance. Rentalot covers leasing: listings, pre-screening and showings.
