- What counts as a message?
- Each inbound inquiry that triggers an AI response counts as one message. Follow-up messages sent by Rentalot also count toward your monthly limit.
- What happens if I hit my message limit?
- You can go up to 20% over your plan limit at the overage rate ($0.01/msg on Starter & Pro, $0.008/msg on Scale). After that, messages pause until the next billing cycle.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What's the annual discount?
- Pay annually and save 20% — that's roughly 2.4 months free. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid plan. After that, you can cancel anytime and your plan stays active through the end of the billing period.
