How much does Rentalot cost?

Can I use Rentalot for commercial properties?

Rentalot is optimized for residential rentals (apartments, houses, condos). It can work for commercial properties but some features (like showing scheduling) are designed around residential workflows.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your property data and conversations are isolated to your account and never shared with other users or used to train AI models.

Agent

Can the agent handle multiple languages?

Yes. Add language preferences to your custom instructions (e.g., “respond in Spanish if the prospect writes in Spanish”). The underlying AI model supports many languages.

What if the agent can’t answer a question?

If the agent doesn’t have enough information or the question is outside its scope, it escalates to you. You’ll see the conversation flagged in your inbox.

Can I see what the agent is saying before it sends?

All conversations are visible in your dashboard inbox in real time. You can also set up confirmation gates for specific actions like booking showings.

Channels

Can I connect multiple channels at once?

Yes. You can have Telegram, WhatsApp, and SMS all active simultaneously. All conversations flow into the same inbox.

What happens if a channel disconnects?

You’ll receive an email notification and see an error status on the Channels page. Reconnect from the dashboard — no data is lost.

Can prospects switch channels mid-conversation?

Not currently. Each channel maintains its own conversation thread. Cross-channel conversation merging is on the roadmap.
