Property Blast

The Property Blast page is a public page where prospects can browse all your available properties, select what interests them, fill in their contact info, and submit. You receive an email notification with their selections.

How It Works

1. Prospects visit your blast page at /p/your-slug/blast
2. Browse properties with city/address search and compact Price and Beds filters. Only active, public properties appear.
3. Select — they check the ones they’re interested in
4. Continue to contact details scrolls to the form below the properties without opening another page. Prospects can edit their name, email, optional phone number, and message.
5. Submit — you get an email with their selections and contact details
6. Contact created — a contact is created (or updated) in your dashboard automatically

Enabling and Disabling

The blast page is enabled by default via the built-in “Property Blast” workflow template. Every new account gets it out of the box.

To disable it, go to Workflows and deactivate the blast template. No separate toggle needed — deactivating the workflow is the off switch.

After Submission

Once a prospect submits, they see your agent profile along with your call button and booking links (if configured). This gives them a clear next step to get in touch directly.

Contact Pre-Fill

Signed-in visitors see their own name and email, even when opening a personalized link sent to someone else. Missing details stay blank and all fields remain editable. Anonymous visitors can receive pre-filled details from a valid personalized link or a current pre-screening session for the same rental account.

Requirements

• At least one property must be active and public for the page to show content.
• If no properties match the filters, prospects can reset them or leave note-only feedback.
• Selections remain saved while changing filters, resetting them, or using browser back/forward. A count shows selected properties outside the current results.
• Prospects can submit more than twenty available properties together. Very large requests still have a size limit.
• A failed submission keeps contact details, selections, and notes available for a deliberate retry.

Tips

• Share the blast URL on listings, flyers, or email signatures as a quick way for prospects to express interest in multiple properties at once.
• The more detail you add to each property (photos, amenities, pet policy), the easier it is for prospects to decide what interests them.
• Check your email notifications promptly — blast submissions signal high-intent prospects.

Browsing layouts and maps

Public property browsing supports standard and compact grids, a list layout, quick filters, and city or multi-region search. Open the optional map to see properties with available coordinates and draw an area to narrow results. Properties without coordinates are identified as unmapped; enabling the map does not guarantee every listing has a pin.
