Property Blast

The Property Blast page is a public page where prospects can browse all your available properties, select what interests them, fill in their contact info, and submit. You receive an email notification with their selections.

How It Works

  1. Prospects visit your blast page at /p/your-slug/blast
  2. Browse properties — they see a grid of your active, public properties
  3. Select — they check the ones they’re interested in
  4. Fill in contact info — name, email, and optional phone number or message
  5. Submit — you get an email with their selections and contact details
  6. Contact created — a contact is created (or updated) in your dashboard automatically

Enabling and Disabling

The blast page is enabled by default via the built-in “Property Blast” workflow template. Every new account gets it out of the box.

To disable it, go to Workflows and deactivate the blast template. No separate toggle needed — deactivating the workflow is the off switch.

After Submission

Once a prospect submits, they see your agent profile along with your call button and booking links (if configured). This gives them a clear next step to get in touch directly.

Contact Pre-Fill

Returning visitors who previously completed a pre-screening or other form have their name, email, and phone pre-filled automatically. No need to re-enter information.

Requirements

  • At least one property must be active and public for the page to show content.
  • If no properties match, the page will appear empty.

Tips

  • Share the blast URL on listings, flyers, or email signatures as a quick way for prospects to express interest in multiple properties at once.
  • The more detail you add to each property (photos, amenities, pet policy), the easier it is for prospects to decide what interests them.
  • Check your email notifications promptly — blast submissions signal high-intent prospects.
