Conversations

The Conversations tab is your unified inbox for all prospect communication — WhatsApp, Telegram, and email threads in one place.

Viewing Conversations

All threads are sorted by most recent activity. Each entry shows:

  • Contact name
  • Last message preview
  • Channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, or email)
  • Timestamp

Click any thread to open the full conversation history, including both inbound messages and AI-generated responses.

Filtering

Use the channel filter chips at the top to narrow your view — for example, show only email threads or only WhatsApp conversations.

  • If email integration isn’t connected, the email filter shows a Connect email link to get started
  • If email is connected but you haven’t received any yet, you’ll see No emails yet

Email Threads

Email conversations display with a dedicated email UI:

  • Subject header and HTML body rendered in a sandboxed view
  • Contact mini-card with avatar
  • Open in Gmail/Outlook link to jump to the original thread

Replying

Type a reply directly in the conversation thread and send it from the dashboard. For email threads, you can compose and send without leaving the page.

AI Handling

Inbound messages are automatically processed by the AI agent, which generates and sends responses on your behalf. You can review both sides of the conversation in the thread. The contact name in the thread header links to their contact detail page.

API Access

Retrieve conversation data programmatically via the Conversations API.
