Rentalot pre-screens rental prospects for you. Add your properties, share one prospect link, and every prospect who opens it answers your pre-screening questions (by text, or by voice if you turn it on). You get a contact record with their answers, ready to review, in your dashboard.
What you can do with Rentalot
- Keep your listings in one place. Add properties by hand, paste a listing and let AI fill in the details, or import a spreadsheet from Zillow, AppFolio, Buildium, and similar tools.
- Pre-screen every prospect the same way. Your prospect link asks your questions, captures contact details, and creates the contact for you.
- Review and respond quickly. Approve or deny submissions, send booking links, and reply to prospect email from the dashboard.
- Manage your rentals by chat. Ask the management chat to look up properties, find contacts, or schedule showings in plain language.
- Connect your own tools. Use the REST API, MCP server, or CLI to connect Rentalot to your other software.
